BeFit 8 Week Challenge

Designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals, the BeFit 8-week challenge includes tailored strength and conditioning training, benchmark setting, a gap free physio assessment, body composition analysis and two optional nutrition plans to choose from.
During the 8-week challenge we’ll also be holding BeFit Games monthly on a Saturday. The BeFit Games will involve timed individual workouts with prizes for the fastest male and female.

BeFit 8 Week Challenge Basic Nutrition Plan
$99.95 for BeFit Members (once off joining fee)
+ Fortnightly BeFit Training Membership
A clean eating, nutrient dense nutrition plan designed to assist in weight loss, detoxifying your body, rebalance hormones, reset your metabolism, increase energy and improve performance.
- Initial 10-minute goal setting consultation with BeFit nutritionist, Pip Reed, including Inbody composition scan (body fat, lean muscle mass and muscular development).
- 8-week meal plan including menu, recipes and shopping lists
- Halfway check-in consultation to track progress and modify goals
- Inbody composition scan results consultation following the 8-week challenge, with BeFit nutritionist, Pip Reed.
- Unlimited BeFit training sessions
- Strength and conditioning consultation and benchmark setting with BeFit strength and conditioning coach
- Gap free physical assessment with BeFit physiotherapist, Andrew Illief
